Using various techniques, such as Peak Performance Analysis and Coaching, Game Theory, and Waking Dream Visualizations, Victoria helps structure the strategic organization of individuals within the team context so that each individual can perform their best. Business games are played using real business scenarios to train people in the most effective team behavior. Waking Dream exercises enable the team to share the most optimal visionary outcome. Conflict Resolution was achieved through individual and group work when appropriate.
